I have a user (outlook 2002) that when they click on CONTACTS, it displays
everything by the "File As" name (this is good)
but when they create a new email and click on the "to" button, it displays
all the contacts by the regular persons name, not the "File As" name.
It was once working properly. How do I make it so when he clicks on "to:",
it displays the contact by "File As"??

Thanks

Go to Control Panel-> Mail-> E-mail Accounts-> View or change existing
directories or address books-> select Outlook Address Book-> Change
