Contact Sorting in Outlook 2003

Sorry I forgot to mention the version of Outlook in my last message.

When I open my address book (from Contact Folder) to send new mail in
Outlook 2003, all the names are sorted by their given names first. Is there
any way to sort the listings in my address book by the surnames?

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
