Contact List show all entries when sending email, How can I limit to only this with email addresses

I have reinstalled outlook 2000 on my new computer. Copied my outlook
contacts folder to the new computer. Now when I select to send a new email
message and click the To: button, all the entries in my contacts folder are
presented as selections. Most of the entries do not have either fax or
email information. How can I limit the list to show only the entries that
have an email address.
 
You didn't post your mail support mode.
If you are using Internet Mail Only mode, you will have no such feature.
