Contact categories

How can I show only specific categories within my Contacts folder in my "To" field? Currently, when I click on the "To" field, all of my contacts are displayed. It is very time consuming to scroll through all of the names. I have a "Frequent Use" category within my Contacts folder, and would like only those names displayed when I click on the "To" field.
 
The Address Book dialog cannot filter anything within the contact list
you're currently looking at, so you should approach this a different way.
Instead of starting a new blank mail message, go to your Contacts folder and
select the By Category view. Then select the recipients you want, and click
Actions | New Message to Contact. When the new message window opens, the To
field will contain the contact addresses you just selected.
