Constant Crashing

Hi there, i've been having a problem with my PC for a
while, I thought I should get it looked at before I go
back to school where I will actually NEED it. Whenever
I'm on here for an amount of time, it'll just crash, no
blue screen of death no nothing, it just freezes, and
then I have to reboot. Does it need more ram? more
what?? Anybody have any bright ideas?

Note the time when the crash occurs. Take a look in the "System Event log"
using "Event Viewer" in Admin tools via the control panel (you may need to
log in as Admin). See if there are any errors around the time of the crash.

If none try the "Application Event log".
