Consolidating Outlook POPUP reminders

Today I saw another PC with Outlook setup to deliver all reminders in a
single dialogue box with a scrolling list of the reminders.

This seems preferable to having a separate pop-up reminder for every
calandar event. I'd appreciate information in how to configure the single
dialogue box with scrolling list.

Are the versions Outlook on each PC the same? I think I recall that OL 2000
displaye them one at a time, but OL 2002/3 put them all in the same
notification box.
