consolidating info from one tab to another

We are working on automating our proposal system. We have
an excel s/s that has over 50 lines of possible pieces of
equip that can be ordered in any combminaton. We want the
salesperson to enter info on this tab "A". On tab "B" we
want only the lines that are populated to show up so we
don't have to print a long proposal with a bunch of blank
lines. Tab "A" wll have 50 lines with 12 lines populated
and Tab "B" will only have 12 lines showing. If all lines
have to show, I was wondering if there is a way to only
print what lines have been populated so even though we see
50 lines on Tab "B" when we print it would only show 12
lines. I figure there must be a way with a macro to do
one of the 2 options but I can't figure it out. Please
help.
