I create multiple Excel workbooks to track each order I get(lots of data in each book)
I need a consolidated output sheet which moves certain pieces of data from each workbook(same location everytime) to this consolidated sheet.
Using Indirect function requires each of the files to be open(100's).
Is there a way to link each of these files into this sheet so that I can create a table in this consolidated file which moves relevant data into this file.
I don't mind typing just the name of the new file each time I create the file into this consolidated sheet.
