Connectors in Autoshapes.

I am using Word 2000 as a part of Office Premium 2000,
and I have noticed that I do not have connectors on my
autoshapes menu. Is this normal for this version of word.
Am I able to get updates or add-ins to enable me use this
option or do I have to upgrade to another version of
Word. The version I use at work, which is apparently Word
2000 has this option.

Yes, this is normal. You'd need to download and install MS
Draw 98 (I think that's what it's called) from the
Microsoft Website. But before you do, you might check
whether it's on your Office 2000 CD, in a separate folder.
I think someone mentioned once that this is the case for
one version of Office (I just can't remember whether it was
2000).
