I am constantly receiving this error message (0x0800CCC0F) whenever I try to
send a message. I'm running Outlook 2003 on a Windows 2000 machine. Email
server is smtp.pacbell.yahoo.com. I've verified several times that it is
correct. I've tried sending from Windows safe mode. I've added
EnablePMTUDiscovery and EnablePMTUBH and set them to 1. I've disabled my
firewall (Zone Alarm), which never gave me a problem before. I've
uninstalled the last two Microsoft Hotfixes. I've disabled Norton Antivirus
first and then tried to send. I've scanned my system for viruses and
spyware and deleted what was found. Still nothing seems to work. Any help
would be greatly appreciated!
