Connection to remote host from PocketPC 2003 emulator

Hello.

I'm connection to remote host from PocketPC 2003 emulator using TcpClient
class and it seems that it works, but when I'm trying to connect from
PocketPC 2003 emulator's IE to www.yahoo.com it shows me the error.

Why?
 
Go to the "Settings" - "Connections", click "Connections" icon. move to
"Advanced" tab and tap "Exceptions". In the exceptions add *.*/*

There is no "Exceptions".
