I am using BT Broadband and when i play a game thats full
screen(any game) it says its lost connection. Especially
frustrating when i am play "Black Hawk Down" online. Then
i have to reboot PC. although the BT icon says its still
connected. This only happens on full screen games. Can
you help? I have spoken to BT and they say its not a
fault on there side.

Hi,

Sounds a lot as if you have a firewall such as Zone Alarm,
Norton's or similar asking you for permission to allow the
game to connect, but since you're in the game and not at
your desktop, you can't see the prompt unless you press
ALT+TAB to toggle between your game and the desktop.
