Connection fail

Good evening,

Recently I have a problem of "connection fail" everything working fine
except the connection. It has happened three times already only the solution
is reinstalled the operating system. My operating system is Windows XP Pro
SP 2. I use ADSL connection, there is nothing wrong on my ADSL line only the
problem is my machine.

I hope someone here can help me to solve this problem.

Kindly help me I am tired of reinstalling, please help me.

- Exact text of the error message?
- Any details in Event Viewer?
- What did you do so far to diagnose the problem?
- How did you decide that re installing the OS is the proper solution?
 
After reinstalled I am able to use my connection for a few days and then
suddenly it failed to connect web sites, mail ...everything.
