Hi all.
I have a serious problem.
The user is logged on and everything is working properly. Suddenly, he
receive a window saying: "THE TERMINAL SERVER HAS ENDED THE CONNECTION", and
the user is disconnected.
If the user was printing, then the printer hangs and we have to reset the
server to delete the printer because ALL THE OTHER PRINTS HANGS TOO.

What is the reason ? Please, help me !!!

Thanks in advance.
Adrian

First of all what do you mean by "reset the server"? Do you actually restart the server, or just the spooler service

More information please

Server OS & SP? Client active or idle? Client on LAN or remote/soho? Dial-up or DSL/Cable? Errors in the server's event logs? Client Remote Desktop Client Version
