Connection Access DataBase to Active Directory.

I have created a Data Base I want to link with our Domain Controler Active
Directory so that only appropriate network users, can access specified
object.

what are the stps to be taken?

This is exactly the same question I had as well. My domain is like this
though. /domain/employee id
Any help would be very welcome.
