connecting to web site

I have just bought a new computer with vista

I can receive e-mails messages
I can update some software

so I can connect to internet and web network

BUT i can't with "internet explorer" go on web sites such as googgle
yahoo... and ALL the current web sites

Please help me

Sorry, this forum (newsgroup) does not deal with Internet Explorer.
A new computer should be under warranty. Can you take it back
to the store where you bought it and have their techs fix it for free?
