Connecting to a Website

When i log in my account of FIU (thier website), this message appears:


You have not authorized to access this component. (40,20)
You have not been granted security authorization for the component you are
attempting to access. You may have access to the designed component and
page, but not in the specified action mode (such as Correction or
Update/Display). Contact your system administrator.

If your sysadmin waved his hands in the air, and said "You're good to go", but
you aren't, read about personal computers and distributed processing. The
example here is Blogger, but I'll bet FIU network apps is similar in the
distributed processing issue.
