My Mother had just bought Windows XP Notebook and
connected to her network which includes a Windows XP
desktop and a Windows Me desktop which are all connected
through the Linksys Wireless G router. Before connecting
the Notebook computer, she had no problems with the
internet connection. Though as soon as she connected the
Notebook computer the Windows Me computer lost
connection. So what I want to ask is if it sounds like
she needs to re-run the router software to aknowledge
there is a third computer? Though, I called Comcast and
they said that all Linksys products should detect when
you are connecting another computer to it's device. Does
anyone have any ideas why would Windows Me now is unable
to connect?
