Confusion in Component Designer.

Hi guys, been a while since I posted here, but I've got a permanent XPe job
now, so it looks like I'll be around a while with this new address.
Sadly the first thing I've got to do is ask a question. I've just made a
component - a touchscreen driver - and the component is dark grey in
Component Designer. In what way, exactly, have I broken this?
 
Hi Heidi,

Perhaps you somehow created component that have lower revision number then same component already installed in database?
Try releasing and upgrading component.

Well *something* funny was going on, because the component was marked
end-of-life. I shall put this one down to it being Monday.
