Confused about upgrading XP

Hi,
Thanks in advance for any advice and help.

I have 2 home computers, the primary computer have WinXP Home installed and the second computer is running Win98 SE.

My question is: If I buy a new copy of WinXP Pro for the primary computer, will I be able to install (format HD and full install) the XP Home (OEM version) onto the second computer?

I looked all over the MS site and can't seem to find the appopriate place to ask this question :(
 
Your OEM Windows XP Home license is tied to the exact hardware configuration
it was originally installed on and is non-transferable to a different PC.

No. No need to search the Microsoft site, as the answer is on
your own hard drive. Simply read the file EULA.txt. You have an OEM
license for WinXP Home on the "primary" PC. An OEM version must be
sold with a piece of hardware (normally a motherboard or hard rive, if
not an entire PC) and is _permanently_ bound to the first PC on which
it's installed. An OEM license, once installed, is not legally
transferable to another computer under _any_ circumstances.
