Confuse

Hi guys,
I had a P3-667 mhz pc with 640 rams and a 32 mb graphic card.My problem is
when watching movies downloaded from net the speech is not accurate with the
picture and it run smoothly and speed for a sec and run normal again it
happen through out the movie. I m intending upgrading my graphic card but
dunno if its the card or my slow processor.Please advice .

The Media Player Options include a setting for 'buffer size'. A larger one
might help your delay.
