configuring network printer to print Dos Document

I need help in configuring a network printer that I'm
connected to to use LPT1 Port.

You could try going to the command line and entering

net use lpt1 \\servername\printer-share-name

It may not work - It depends exactly what the DOS program is doing. And it
would probably be better to use lpt2 if you can configure the DOS program to
do that.
