I have a 7 uear old who is getting pretty web-saavy, and
I would like to use Internet Explorer v6's Content
Advisor to limit her surfing. I have set up a separat
user account for her under Windows XP, logged in under
her account, and enabled Content Advisor. However, it
seems to enable for *ALL* users on the system, which
makes it tedious for Mom & Dad to use the web. Seems
silly that this is not managed as a user-specific
preference. Am I missing something?

For some reason the 'content advisor' only works on a global basis.
You'll need a third-party product.
Here's a link with some suggestions:

Well no! I know what you saying that when
you lock the Internet for him you also lock it for
yourself.ummm Windows made it so when the Administrator
locks Internet web sites, It locks it for all users.

You can have so that each time you go to a web site
it asks you for a password.
Right Click Internet Explorer
and you will see Internet options now
go to the tab content click settings.
Type in your password (If needed)
Go to the General tab and click

Supvisor can type a password to allow users to view
restricted content

That should work
