configuring acer travelmate bluetooth of laptop!!!

I have Travemate laptop acer 4050, but they didnt mentioned how to
configure it.I only can turn on and off by a small button on the side
and when i check the control panel to configure it but only a box pops
up and with next step it tells me no bluetooth device for search.Does
someone knows what the wrong hereor can explain step by step.Thanks

What did Acer say when you called tech support?
 
I have the same computer and had the same problem. It turns out that model
does not come with Bluetooth. there is a button on the laptop and when you
press it it says NO DEVICE. - 'cause there is no device. Turns out it is an
option, but not regular equipment.
