configuring a game?

Hi, My operating system is XP, but I have an old CD-Rom
game that is Windows 95. How do I configure my computer
so I can play this game? Thanks! :-)

Right click on the game icom and select properties then
select compatibility then "run this game in windows 95
mode"
 
Hi again. I tried what you suggested, but when I right
click on the game icon, and go to properties, there is no
compatibility option. I looked carefully. Thanks anyway,
though. Anybody else have other suggestions? :-)
 
You have to go to the start, accessories, program compatibility wizard.
Invoke it, then browse to the subject application and set it for WIN95
