Configure tool bar on windows explorer

Two web sites namely, I-lookuo.com and GlobalWebSearch.com
have occupied place in my tool bar of windows explorer ,
which take me to some adult sites full offensive picture ,
creating realy trouble to me .

Grateful pl help.
