Hi all,

I have about 15 users who require to have the same shortcuts in their
Shortcuts Navigation Pane (shortcuts are linked to some folders in the public
folders).

Unfortunately, I haven't found a way how I can set this up on one PC and
deploy the layout afterwards. Do you have any idea?

Kind regards,

Simon Minder

Hi Simon,

I do not know if this will work but on this site:

"Where does Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 save my information and
configurations?"
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP100669141033.aspx

Microsoft write:

Navigation Pane settings (.xml):

Windows Vista drive:\user\AppData\Roaming\Outlook\profile name.xml

Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 drive:\Documents and
Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\profile name.xml

This file includes Shortcuts, Calendar, and Contact links.

I would copy this xml file to all workstations and would exchange the
existing xml file with the new one.

Maybe it helps.

Hi Oliver

Thank you very much for your help. I hoped there is another solution then
just the outlook.xml file.

Howerer, I coded a solution http://www.srm.li/Backup Navigation Pane
Setup.msi.

Kind regards,

Simon
