Thanks Brian, sorry for this late respond BUT I'm happy to see you've answered all my two posts --- I believed you completely. I
knew you're busy answering people problem BUT do you easily track each of them? I don't know if you already knew this; Click
another News Group and come back right away > press F3 and type ANY name (& even yours) that you wants to track (capitalize is not
necessarily) > press Enter > continue pressing F3 until you found them. Tip: To jump more further down; Click the last name you
want to skip and continue press F3 and repeating.
Scroll Bar and Scrolling Wheel could help also BUT I seldom use them. My method is more faster without straining my eyes.
Also; My advice for others who would follow my foot-steps: Don't use Copy but used MOVE. I think you knew the reason why. For
instruction: Click 2 Open your Outlook Folder > Select All > Right Click 1 selected files & Dragged to any drive of choice >
Dropped to Outlook folder if only available (but don't worry if not available) & yeah, BUT my Outlook never did complaint after I
open it and I can see all my mails again. The ONLY complaint outside of Outlook is when I've to chose "Yes To All" & it replaced
all my pst files in my D: drive.
All The Best & Thanks For All Your Helps - Brian,
Rino
Thanks! --- I've solved it again! I just followed the direction and
Moved it BUT whenever I open my Outlook there still an Outlook Folder
in my C: drive and only 2 files remained ---the .FAV & .SRS files.
As far as I can tell, Outlook is ALWAYS going to require a few files to
remain on the C drive, typically in
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook. Those files will be outcmd.dat, the .srs file,
the .NK2 file and the .fav file (if you're not using Outlook 2003).
Moreover, if you have Outlook add-ins or use offline folders, extend.dat,
your offline folders file (.ost) and the offline address book files (.oab)
will be kept in
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and I don't
think you can change their locations.

You're welcome.
Another important question I would like to ask you: Where or how I
could
check all my mails being stored? Can I transfer all my mails to
another
drive?
If I understand your question, the answer is that all mail items, indeed all
Outlook items of any sort (contacts, calendar, tasks, etc) are all stored in
the same Personal Folders file (PST). The usual location for that file in
Windows 2000 or XP is %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook, which is a hidden folder. (Actually, the hidden
folder is %UserProfile%\Local Settings, which makes all subfolders hidden as
well.)
