Is it possible to configure the adressbookview, for your owen purpeses? When
yes, what can I configure by my self and how. Such as modifying registry
keys, modifying configuration files or other things that are possible?
Can i configure/change the order of the attributes?
Can i configure/change the displayed name/headline of the attributes?
Can i configure/change the content of the attributes?
Can i configure/change the source of the attributes, like any other
attribute form the ADS can be displayed in this adressbookview?

Thanks a lot for your assistance!

The dialog that you see when you click the Address Book button is not
customizable.

Thank you Sue for your assistance.
I have another question like that.
Would/could you answer me?
The question is related to Outlook and using LDAP directories.

We are using an Outlook 2002 Client connected to a real LDAP directory.
Searching by “Input Name and choose†– I have only the german version,
where its called "Name eingeben oder auswählen".
When we are searching, we get an unexpected result. The Outlook
LDAP search based on an tricky mechanism. The search based on the
attribute “displayname†and the order from the result based on the
attribute “cnâ€.
For example:
Displayname cn
miller, frank frank, miller
Therefore, the results of the search seems not in the right alphabetic
order.
So I have this special questions:
How can I configure the LDAP-search:
Can I determine by myself the the search attributes
and if yes, where is the determination possible?
Can I specify the search order attribute and if yes where?
Can I specify the outlook client view such as change the
contents of the fields, change fieldnames, change the order of
the fields and so on?
Is the dialog box and his funktion like search and order and the
vies customizable? When yes, how? (Registry, files, programming files,
or other mechanism)

Thanks a lot for your assitance!
Thank you Sue!

configuration or you know any one who knows an answer?

Thanks a lot.
