Configurable Windows Task Schedular

Dear All,

I want to set up a Windows Task Schedular such that time for running that
task is flexible. e.g. I want that Task to run every 15 mins. After few days
I think that I should execute that Task every 30 mins. I want that there
should be some CONFIG file in which I change Time Interval. Is it possible?
