Config for varoius users and accesses.

Hello everyone.

I need a LOT of help with my security setting in WinXP.

What would be the best user definition for a computer
with 7 users, and all the users run very diferent
programs in diferent folders?

Some programs require to write temp files, some to append
data to the files.

what I want to do is to prevent them from altering or
deleting the icons on the desktop, from installing or
downloading programs that are not allready installed.

Is there a downloadable and /or editable user config file
that I can use?
