Conditional sum

I have created a formula using the conditional sum feature. Now I want to
copy the formulas to other cells, but the system returns "0" all the time (as
if the formula does not work properly anymore).

any idea why this happens and how it can be solved?

=SUM(IF('Data Import'!$B$2:$B$3500="AGH",IF('Data
Import'!$O$2:$O$3500="A",'Data Import'!$J$2:$J$3500,0),0))
