Conditional If Statement

I need to know the easiest way to tell excel if the Cells are blank than copy
the cell directy above it, if the cell is not blank go to the next row and
repeat.

ST

Select the range of cells.

F5>Special>Blanks>OK

Enter an = sign in the active blank cell then arrow or point to non-blank cell
above.

Hit CTRL + ENTER keys.

This will fill in the blanks with a formula pointing to the cell above.
