Conditional Formatting

Hi I have a text in cells where I should change the bgcolor if the cell
is having the work 'OR' in the text given..
how do I achive this?
It may be in the middle and will have a white space before and after
like
Test1 OR Test2 OR Test3
Can anyone help me in this regard..
