CONDITIONAL FORMATING

Is there some way to format with the following " =MOD(ROW9(),2)=0" as you
could in excel office XP Pro. I want to format a range with two colors
alternating throughout the range.

Bob, First let me thank you for the quick reply. The one thing I forgot to
state in my cry for help is the fact that I am now using excel 2007. The
information that you provided is exactly what I am looking for but unable to
find in the 2007 version.

to where in Excel 2007 you can find the equivalent of Excel 2003 commands.
