Conditional formating XLS 2003

Hi,
IF Each value in range G21:G33 is less than its correspondance value in
range D21:D33 then Underline.

i.e. if G22<D22 then underline value in cell G22.
The same for all the cell in the range above.

Ok, try this:

Select the range of cells G21:G33
Goto the menu Format>Conditional Formatting
Select the Formula Is option
Enter this formula in the box on the right:
=G21<D21
Click the Format button
Select the Font tab
Select the style of underline from the drop down list
OK out
