Time correction for Outlook Express

will you please be so kind to correct your time or local settings on your
computer to the right one.

The time in newsgroups is based on GMT.

It is possible that your localization is wrong in your computer. Than can
make a difference of 23 hours.

I set my time every day..but it changes ..but'2 days is working well;)
and one more thing is that we have diffrent time I think
