This post is also some sort of a bug report.
One user loggs on the PC, then changes the height of the taskbar.
The user then goes: Start->Log Off->Switch User
Another user loggs on, with the taskbar set at default height.
When the first user continues his/her session then part of the maximized
windows is covered by the taskbar.
Since the there are two different sessions on the PC, my oppinion is that
this should NOT happen.
