Concordance and Glossary.

I know there are auto ways of creating Table of Contents,
and Indexes, is there a way to create a Concordance and
Glossary?

I have a commercial tool that I am still finishing to produce a
concordance, but in the meantime you can go to www.editorium.com and
read the last dozen or so back issues of the free and excellent
newsletter where we cover many techniques for achieving this.

As for the glossary, the normal approach is to use VBA.

Style the glossary TERM in the definitions or glossary proper, using a
style called Glossary of course so it matches up with many CMS'. Then
you run a macro to add a bookmark to each term in the definition, hunt
it down in the document (usually 1st / topic only) and make a
cross-reference or hyperlink back to the bookmark.
