Ask the manufacturer. They would provide any drivers needed to interface
their hardware with an operating system. Barring that, if the memory is
removable, you may plug it into a memory card reader attached to your
PC, and read out the pictures that way.
Search for it with Google. I found a driver source in 5 seconds.
