concatenation in formula giving error

Hi

I'm trying something like this:
=MATCH(B8,""""&INDIRECT("C7")&":"&INDIRECT("C7")&"""",0)

where C7 referes to the output of another match function that deliver
a column number (3, 4, etc.)

The formula returns #Value!

What am doing wrong?
