comwiz and winnet.exe

HECTOR

Those programs installed in my XP and I can not remove.

Via the TASK MGR, as soon as I end process it comes on
again by itself... Can not delete ANY of the files at
c:\programs\commonname\...

HOW CAN I GET RID OF THOSE PROGRAMS???????
 
Google lists about 2600 hits against comwiz.exe.
This would be an excellent place to start looking.
