computers unexpectedly restarts

Hello Friends,

we have a computer's Network with one NT Server 4.0
(Service Pack 6a) and some Windows 2000 Professional
clients.
The problem occurs when an computer's sharing is accessed
from any other computers of the network.

Why it's happens?
 
Did you check the eventlogs? Which computer is restarting?
Are all clients and the server fully patched?

yes, they are fully patched but have not in the eventlogs
 
Yes, and, so which computer is restarting? Have you checked the hardware?
Could be faulty memory or mobo.
