I have 4 PCs in the network. All PCs can access each other in a
workgroup, except one.Whenever i try to access a particular PC from
other PCs it asks for password Computer_name\Guest then password.
This PC can access other PCs fine.
I have tried lot of things but it still asks for the password of the
guest,i havent sent any password for guest.

Please help me guys!.How to get rid of this thing.

You need to activate Guest, or a non-Guest account, on each computer. Read this
article, and follow links.

Thanks man it worked. Its not showing Guest anymore.
But still when I want to connect to a particular computer it asks for
username and password.I can connect to the computer, when i type its
local administrator and its password.
I want other computers to access directly without going through the
authentication.Because I dont want to give my password and username to
others.Just I want is to simply share the files.

Any Idea guys?

The answers are all there, in that article. You just have be clear (here if you
want direct answers) about whether you have XP Home or Pro, and if Pro, if
you're using Simple or Classic File Sharing, and if Pro with CFS, are you using
Guest or non-Guest authentication. If you trust everybody, then just enable
Guest. If not, use non-Guest authentication. Just make your decision, and read
the entire article.
