Computer won't start in any mode

My Machine with XP Pro gave me a blue screen this morning just (no pun
intended) out of the blue. I can't restart Windows XP Pro no matter what I
do. I tried to boot from CD, start it normaly, safe mode, last known good
configuration... It will not start. The following message came with the BSOD
can anybody give me a clue what happened?
