Computer will not turn-off after installing Roxio Easy CD Creator 5

I have two computers, one with Windows ME and one with Windows XP Professional. I installed Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 on both computers. The computer with Windows ME works great. However, the computer with Windows XP Professional will not turn-off completely. I click the "START", "Turn Off Computer", and "Turn Off". The computer goes through the cycles for turning off, the screen goes off and then immediately the computer is turned on.

Go to Roxio's website and download and install the updates for version 5.
 
Get rid of version 5 on XP! Nothing but a headache even with the patches, check out Roxio's forum - nothing but complaints when it comes to version 5 using XP
