I really desperately need help with this problem. My
computer is supposed to power down after it goes through
it's shutdown sequence and it does not. It hangs at
the "Saving Settings" or the "Shuting Down" prompt and
just freezes. I have tried everything from the knowledge
data base to no prevail. If anyone has had this same
problem or has any insight on this, please write back!
Thank you all!!!
