Do you mean the temperature of the CPU, or the temperature inside the case?

start with your computer or mother board manufacturer web site and look for monitoring programs.
if that fails, try Speed Fan or Mother Board Monitor.

Motherboard Monitro "was" the best choice for this. However, it has
been discontinued because the motherboard manufacturers were un-willing
to provide the info to add the sensors for monitoring.

I still use it sometimes, try Speed Fan.
