Computer shuts down by itself

Please I need help with this problem. Every time I go on
line, a few minutes after I sign in, I get a message
saying:
"THE SYSTEN IS SHUTTING DOWN, INDICATED BY NT AUTHORITY
/SYSTEM, REMOTE PROCEDURE CALL ( RPC ).
This happens only while I'm on line.

**** You need to make sure you have a FIREWALL enabled ****

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: FIREWALL , and hit enter.
Click on the topic titled "Enable or Disable Internet Connection Firewall".

on what to do if you encounter this new Worm.

*Warning*
Installing the Windows Update patch for this vulnerability will not remove
the worm from an infected system This will only protect you from any new
infections.
