computer shuts don completley

My computer seems to keep shutin ownall by itself,I am usually on the
internet or using web cam. I AM GETTING really frustrated and cant figure i
out. Can someone please help me.

My daughter's laptop did that on a regular basis because the processor was
overheating - caused by the heatsink being full of fluff and blocking the
airflow.
